IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A FILIPINO TO BECOME A MANGAKA?
Tell me if it is not possible.... ^^
as an artist, i conclude that making a manga/comics and it needs greater attention and time to illustrate what scene to you want to visualized..
btw, it is good for a apprentice manga maker to study first that style of the drawing, second it needs to write first the storybackground before you draw the scene...
